The business trainings combine the basics of classical education and presentation techniques with practical experience. The training courses are structured in such a way that the participants gain practical knowledge that can be used immediately, since the transfer of all theoretical knowledge is followed by exercises.

30% theory and 70% practice give enough space for the “AHA” experience, practice and deepening.

An important aspect of the training programs is that they are as accessible and enjoyable as possible for those present.

As a result, HR training consists of a varied series of short trainer presentations, individual and group tasks, exercises, and discussions. If desired, the selected training can be spiced up with a joint COOKING TEAM BUILDING!

I implement the trainings with the group size determined by the Customer. I recommend the participation of a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 12 people in order to ensure maximum efficiency, practice opportunities and trainer attention for all participants. 2-3 weeks before the further training, I assess the current level of competence of the participants, and based on the information received, I create the final training scenario and student material. I choose the exercises based on this knowledge.

We can even provide a location for the HR training with accommodation in Pázmánd, surrounded by nature in the neighborhood of Lake Velence. Of course, at the Customer’s request, we will hold the training at the location specified by him.
